Auditing

Payload Auditing

LC

Drawing from our developed expertise in the field of structural monitoring, LC Engineering provides an independent auditing service for various payload monitoring systems.

To ensure your monitoring system is providing accurate production data, it is important that the monitoring system is independently audited to enable correct calibration of the data logger.

Using large mobile load cells, LC Engineering is able to assess the accuracy of the logging system and provide a written report on the findings, together with recommendations on ways to improve logger accuracy.

Structural Auditing

LC

LC Engineering provides comprehensive and skilled structural auditing. Our expertise in mechanical and structural engineering combined with our specialised condition monitoring solutions allow us to provide a complete and comprehensive audit of many and varied structures.

LC Engineering can provide complete theoretical analysis through use of CAD and FEA tools and design calculation expertise, providing a clear understanding of comparison results to any Standards requirements.

Our data logging expertise enables us to measure vibrations and loads in structures in order to evaluate and identify mechanisms causing structural issues and failures.
